These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Photo Cleaner mobile application ("App") operated by Photo Cleaner ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
Photo Cleaner is designed to help users organize, analyze, and remove unnecessary photos and videos from their devices.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for any content, photos, videos, or data stored on your device.
2. Photo Library Access
The App requires permission to access your photo library to:
Analyze photos and videos
Identify duplicates and similar images
Detect screenshots and large files
Allow deletion of selected media
All deletion actions are initiated by the user. We are not responsible for accidental deletion of photos, videos, or other content.
We strongly recommend reviewing selected files before confirming deletion.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Photo Cleaner offers the following premium options:
SwipeClean Weekly – $4.99 per week
SwipeClean Yearly – $19.99 per year
SwipeClean Lifetime – $39.99 one-time purchase
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Weekly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled through your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds
All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Reverse engineer or decompile the App
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
Use the App in violation of applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, titles, and interests in the App, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, designs, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of the Company.
No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the App.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:
Availability of the App
Accuracy of results
Error-free operation
Continuous functionality
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
Loss of photos or videos
Accidental deletion of content
Data loss
Business interruption
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue its use.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected and used.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted within the App and will become effective upon publication.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
